Coal Preparation Plants:

Used for thickening and clarifying coal slurry wastewater to achieve closed-loop circulation of wash water and recover fine coal particles.

Coarse Particle Handling:

Coal particles have relatively low density and sometimes large particle size, resulting in fast settling rates. This may lead to sediment accumulation and rake bogging, requiring specialized rake design and discharge control systems.

Fire and Explosion Prevention:

For clean coal products, explosion-proof requirements for coal dust must be considered.
