    Working principle

    ● Triaxial Synchronized Excitation:

    Three vibration shafts achieve synchronized counter-rotation via gears or couplings, generating horizontal resultant forces. This drives the screen box to perform nearly linear reciprocating motion, forming a stable horizontal vibration trajectory. This design prevents vertical material throwing, thereby reducing equipment wear.

    ● Material Movement on Screen Surface:

    The horizontal vibration drives materials to spread evenly across the screen surface while advancing in a jumping motion. Fine particles rapidly pass through the sieve mesh, while coarse particles discharge along the screen surface. Screening efficiency exceeds 90%.
