Vibrator Bearing Lubrication:

Screen Media Maintenance:

Clean screen media promptly.

Replace severely worn or damaged screen panels.

Component Inspection:

Check the condition of wear parts such as springs, support units, and sealing elements; replace them as necessary.

Scheduled Maintenance:

Establish a planned maintenance schedule for periodic comprehensive inspection and servicing of the vibrator(s), motor, and other key components.
